The cornerstone visit — a full review, age-appropriate screening, and the conversations that build long-term care.

Pap and HPV testing on the current guideline schedule, with colposcopy in-office when needed.

Clinical breast exam and coordination of imaging — including diagnostic workup of any concerning finding.

DEXA scan coordination and treatment planning for women at midlife and beyond.

Adolescent gynecology
A first visit that is a good experience — no exam unless needed, and an emphasis on education.

Vaccination — HPV & others
On-schedule HPV vaccination and adult immunization review.
